Nicole joined our team as an Insurance Solution Specialist in February 2026 after a decade of being a stay-at-home mom. She works for us primarily behind the scenes in a part-time capacity, shopping auto and home insurance rates for our customers both at the new business stage and when policies come up for renewal. This ensures our clients are continuously getting the best pricing to go along with the best coverage options year after year. She recently got her insurance license, and with that her role has expanded within our agency to include discussing rates and coverage options with our clients both over the phone and in person while she’s working in the office.
Nicole is married to Jonathan and together they have three children. When she is not working, Nicole enjoys being a sports Mom, baking, and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies and the Atlanta Braves.
