Bill Meador
Bill has been in the insurance business since 2005. He opened the Bill Meador Insurance Agency in 2012 with the purpose of being able to provide multiple insurance options to his clients to best serve their coverage and pricing needs. He is married to his wife, Amanda, and they have two daughters, Emerson and Camryn, and a son, Brayden.
When he isn’t busy serving his clients, Bill enjoys running, lifting weights, golfing, and spending time with his family. He is very involved in his community, serving as an Affiliate and committee member to the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors, as well as managing his own networking group, the Roanoke Valley Business Professionals’ Organization.
Mary Ann Sloane
Mary Ann joined the Bill Meador Insurance Agency team in 2018 as a customer service specialist. As a stay-at-home mom to 3 children over the past decade, she has since quickly developed into an essential asset for our agency.
She focuses on customer service and retention, and assists Bill, Janice, and Tonya with handling incoming calls, quote requests, and selling and servicing both new and existing clients.
Outside of work hours, Mary Ann enjoys spending time with her husband Allen and their 3 children.
Tonya Taylor
Tonya joined the Bill Meador Insurance Agency as a customer service specialist in 2022. Although new to the insurance industry, she brings many years of customer service experience to the agency, working as a Rodan + Fields consultant and owning multiple businesses in the past.
Tonya plays a crucial role on our team, assisting with not only onboarding new clients, but servicing our existing clients’ insurance needs as well. She brings high energy and positivity to the office each day and is one of the friendly voices you are likely to hear when you call into the agency. Tonya has 3 children, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, hiking, and being outdoors.
Haley Nicely
As one of the newest agents to join the Bill Meador Insurance Agency team, Haley is dedicated to assisting our clients with setting up their new insurance policies with us, whether it be auto, home, or commercial insurance. She focuses on providing solutions to our clients’ insurance needs, as well as onboarding new clients to our agency. An added bonus is that she’s also our in-house social media specialist and provides much needed marketing support to our agency!
Haley has 2 children, a son named Asher and a daughter named Sonnie. When she’s not busy spending time with her family, she enjoys thrifting and re-selling vintage items.
