This review is for the pre-policy service provided by Bill Meador and this agency. Bill was available, responsive, patient, and they were very efficient in quoting (saving us close to $1,000 for the same coverage as Amica!), and equally efficient and helpful in the policy signing process. I like that Roanoke has its own claims office and that Erie is rated so highly for policy and claims service. This is a great agency and Bill is a dedicated and knowledgeable agent. Will review again if we have any claims (hopefully none, but insurance is all about the “what-if” situations). Highly recommend!
